A low-pressure soft wash that lifts algae, mildew and road grime off vinyl, stucco and brick without forcing water behind the siding.
Michigan siding picks up a green film on the shady side, gray streaks under the gutters and road dust everywhere else. A soft wash takes it all off at low pressure, so water doesn't get pushed behind vinyl panels or into old caulk.
We protect the plants around the house before we spray and wash from the top down. Porches, porch ceilings, awnings and the garage can be done on the same visit.
