Getting ready for wash day.
A few minutes of prep makes the visit faster and keeps your house and plants safe.
Six things to do before we pull up.

Our equipment runs on its own gas power. Your spigot is the only thing we hook up to, and we check it before and after.
When we get there
We walk the property with you first and write down any damage that was already there, such as loose siding, peeling paint or a cracked spigot. If you can't be there to sign, we note that and photograph it instead. If we find new damage during the wash, we stop and show you before going any further.
About oxidation
Vinyl siding that has had years of sun can oxidize, leaving a chalky white film. A wash removes the dirt that was hiding it, so the dull patches can look more obvious afterward. We'll point it out during the estimate if we see it.
Paying
Payment is due when the work is done, by cash or check, unless we've agreed on something different in writing.
What a roof wash looks like over eight weeks.
We don't blast shingles with high pressure. The solution does the work, and the weather finishes the job.
Older roofs, deep growth and heavy buildup can take longer. Every roof reacts a little differently.
