We don't blast siding. Vinyl, stucco and painted surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash, and the cleaning solution does most of the work. One thing worth knowing ahead of time: if your siding is oxidized, with a chalky white film that rubs off on your hand, the dullness can look more obvious once the dirt is gone. If we see it during the estimate, we'll point it out.

The algae dies the day we treat it, but dead streaks can stay light brown for a while. Give it six to eight weeks of sun and rain. Moss and lichen turn white and fall off over the same stretch. If anything is still there after eight weeks, call us and we'll come take a look.

Often, yes. Send a few photos through the quote form and we can price many jobs from those or from aerial measurements. A photo estimate can't catch every flaw in your siding or roof, so we'll look again when we arrive.

Not necessarily. We need a working outside spigot, outdoor outlets switched off at the breaker, windows shut and pets inside. If we find damage that was already there, we write it on our checklist and photograph it, and we note it if you weren't around to sign.

We protect the plants around the house before we wash. On a hot, sunny day there's a small chance of leaf burn where water lands. If you notice any, tell us and we'll come check whether the plant will recover and what to do next.

Payment is due when the work is done, by cash or check, unless we've agreed on something different in writing.
